The short version
Crypto-specific risks
Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, operate largely outside traditional regulatory protection, and trade 24 hours a day. Token prices can drop by a large percentage in minutes. Faucet and reward tokens carry additional risk: they are often thinly traded, may have withdrawal limits, and their value can fall sharply once a program's promotional budget runs out.
Irreversible mistakes include:
- Sending to the wrong network. Funds sent on the wrong chain are almost always unrecoverable.
- Losing your recovery phrase. There is no support line and no reset button.
- Entering your phrase into a website. Treat your phrase as cash — anything that can read it can spend it.
- Approving unlimited token allowances. Revoke unused approvals periodically, especially on burner wallets.
Trading risk detail
Leveraged trading magnifies both gains and losses. A 1% risk per trade can compound into a meaningful sum over hundreds of trades; the same strategy at 10% risk is destroyed by a losing streak of nine. Drawdowns of 30–50% are ordinary, not exceptional, and recovery from them requires a gain far larger in percentage terms.
Before you trade live, be certain you can answer all of these honestly:
- Can you explain exactly how the strategy makes money, in your own words?
- How much are you losing per trade if the setup is wrong?
- What is the maximum number of trades you can hold open at once?
- What is your total account risk cap, and have you written it down?
- What happens to your plan after five consecutive losses?
If any answer is unclear, stay in demo. Demo time is free; a blown live account is not.
Performance figures and how to read them
Any percentage on this site or in our channel is either an illustration or a historical observation. Neither tells you what you will earn. The variables that matter are the size of your capital, your position sizing, the drawdown you tolerate, how long you stay in the market, and — critically — your own discipline.
- A win rate without an average win and average loss is meaningless. Ask for both.
- A high win rate with tiny wins and huge losses is a losing system.
- A sample of ten trades proves nothing. Judge any system over at least a hundred.
- Charts of a single exceptional account are selection bias, not evidence.
- Compound growth is real, but so is compound drawdown. They are the same mechanism.
We never ask for your account
To be explicit about what AlphaVault will never request, under any circumstances:
- Your wallet recovery phrase, private key or seed words
- Your broker password, MT5 server credentials or investor password
- Your exchange login, API keys with withdrawal permission, or two-factor codes
- A "verification", "activation", "unlock" or "gas" fee of any kind
- Remote access to your device or screen
Anyone who asks for any of these is running a scam. Report the account, and never interact with it again. If you have already shared your phrase, treat the wallet as fully compromised — transfer any remaining assets to a brand-new wallet immediately.
A responsible way to start
- Use a separate burner wallet for all faucet activity.
- Never risk money earmarked for rent, food, bills or emergency savings.
- Start with the free faucet route — it costs nothing and has zero downside.
- Spend at least a month in demo before risking capital.
- Risk a fixed small percentage per trade, decided in advance.
- Take a break after a losing streak rather than increasing size to recover.
- Verify every link character by character before entering a wallet address or password.
