Ways to reach us
Telegram is by far the fastest way to reach us, because that is where the team and the community already are. Email is slower but better for anything involving personal details.
Questions, corrections and general discussion happen in the channel chat. Most answers are already pinned there, so searching first will usually be faster than asking.

For anything about claims, tasks, balances or withdrawals inside the bot, use
/help inside the bot first — it answers the common questions instantly. If that
does not resolve it, the bot's support handle appears directly in the chat.
For privacy requests, legal notices, press, or anything that needs a written record. We respond within seven working days.

What to include in your message
It helps enormously if your first message already contains:
- Your exact Telegram handle, so we can find you.
- The exact handle or URL of whatever you are asking about, copied character by character.
- Screenshots with timestamps, if something went wrong.
- Your timezone, and roughly when the issue happened.
Partnerships and advertising
We work with a small number of aligned partners and accept a limited number of direct advertisements. We decline anything promising guaranteed returns, anything requiring visitors to enter a seed phrase, and anything that impersonates a channel or brand.
